Sean is a family man with a wealth of lived and professional experience. He’s a husband, a proud father of four—including three adult children and a teenager—and a grandfather of two. Everything he does is rooted in creating a better future for his family and the communities he serves.

Sean’s journey has been anything but linear—and that’s what makes it powerful. He spent several years in corporate America with AT&T, gaining a deep understanding of systems, planning, and business structure. He also pursued ventures in the independent music industry, where creativity and entrepreneurship taught him how to take risks and bet on himself.

For over a decade, Sean worked as a bartender. Behind the bar, he mastered more than mixology—he learned how to listen. He connected with people from all walks of life, understanding their stories, struggles, and goals. That ability to build genuine relationships remains at the core of how he does business today.

Currently, Sean works in the nonprofit space, advocating for marginalized communities and ensuring no one is left out of the democratic process. It’s through this work that he saw just how many families—despite their hard work—struggle to gain financial stability, let alone build lasting wealth.
